This is the reason we try to authenticate and verify the details given by the Solar Installer and verify them before activating their account on Solarconnect.

Ans : In case of any conflict between roof owner and Solar Installer, Solarconnect will conduct a check of the Solar Installer and takes appropriate actions. This is the reason we try to authenticate and verify the details given by the Solar Installer and verify them before activating their account on Solarconnect.

Que 1 : How do I become a registered member of solarconnect?

Ans : To register, click on the 'Sign Up' link in the side menu. This will open in a window where you can fill basic details after clicking on “create an account” button, choose a password and click on “submit” button. That’s it! You will become a registered member of solarconnect.

Que 2 : How do I login to my account if I forget the password of the account?

Ans : If you forgot your password, hover on 'Sign in' link on the top right hand side of the page. Click on log-In button at the bottom of the drop-down. This will open a window where you will see a 'Forgot your Password?' link under registered customers. Provide your email address (that you used to register on ezysolare). We will send you an email on your registered email ID with instructions to get new password.

Que 3 : How do I change my password on ezysolare?

Ans : You can change your account password by:- Login and choose ‘My Profile’ option from the side menu. Click on 'Edit' or ‘Change Password’ link under Contact Information given in Account Information. Change your password by entering your ‘Current password’, ‘new password’ and "retype new password" you want and save the changes done. Alternatively you can write to us at tanvikapoor@ezysolare.com and we will reset the password for you.  

Que 4 : How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter that I receive on my email?

Ans : We are sending not just the information but also discount codes in our newsletters. If you think you are getting too many emails every week, let us know by mailing us at mohitagarwal@ezysolare.com or calling us on 9925345121. You can even click on unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email.

Que 5 : What is a Wishlist and how do I use it?

Ans : While browsing through portal, you can add solar requirements or Solar Installers that you like or may want to contact at a later stage to your 'Wishlist'. To do so, click on the star on the top right of the information board. The start will turn blue and the contact will be added to your wishlist. Please note that it is mandatory to be logged in to add contact details to wishlist. Your Wishlist is the best way to get details of your choice without searching for it again. Please do remember that solar requirements in your Wishlist are not reserved or added to the cart. Wishlist is simply detail from solarconnect that you may want to get in touch with in the future.

Que 1 : How do I get more information about any solar requirement before I place my order?

Ans : In case you have questions about any solar requirement that are not answered in the details, please call us any day on 9925345121 or write to us anytime on mohitagarwal@ezysolare.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Que 2 : Is it safe to use my credit card or provide bank details on solarconnect?

Ans : Yes, it is completely safe to pay on solarconnect using your credit card, debit card or through a bank transfer. We follow RBI guidelines for online payments including using 'MasterCard 3D Secure' PIN and 'Verified by VISA' PIN. Solarconnect does not store any customer credit card or financial information on its servers. All transactions are processed through secure bank servers, which are PCI DSS- II compliant thereby, providing the highest level of security while processing your online payments.

Que 3 : I have a promotional offer, how do I use this?

Ans : You can use the promotional offer to purchase EzyCredits at a discounted rate. If you have received an email regarding the promotional offer, please go to "Add Credits" page and find your offer listed there.

Ans : Verified Solar Installers are the ones who have verified their contact details mentioned on our platform. (email, mobile etc.) As our policy dictates, its mandatory for both solar installers and roof owners to verify their contact number as well as email id for an activated account.

Ans : ‘Notification Alerts’ helps you to get updates on latest solar requirements from potential roof owner based on area of operation, capacity, type of system and approximate cost of the project. Whenever a new requirement is posted, you will be alerted through SMS / email. The mail is sent out on weekly basis.
